Minor repairs up to CHF 50 are carried out automatically to keep things running smoothly. For anything beyond that, we’ll notify you through our digital tool with photos and a quote. You always decide what gets done — full transparency, full control.
Absolutely! We service all types of e-bikes. Our Premium package includes software diagnostics specifically for e-bikes. E-bike service prices are slightly higher to account for the additional electronic components.
We offer free pickup and delivery across Zurich (Kreis 1–12) for orders over CHF 150. That means all our service packages qualify for free pickup & delivery!
